Diese Lichtinstallation ist beides: ein Raum und ein Apparat zur Projektion bewegter Bilder. Die Bilder zeigen einen Teil des Wasserkreislaufs: Wie Eis zu Wasser wird. Die rhythmischen Töne der Tropfen helfen, das Schmelzen und damit auch den Faktor Zeit besser wahrzunehmen. Es geht um die Ästhetik der Bilder, die so nicht in der Natur beobachtet werden können. Es soll eine starke Atmosphäre entstehen, die einlädt, sich Zeit zu nehmen und die Sinne zu schärfen, auch mit Blick auf die reale Natur.

This project is a light installation which is both a space and an apparatus for projecting moving pictures. The pictures show a part of the hydrological cycle: how ice becomes water. The rhythmic sounds of the drops help perceive the melting process and thus also the factor time. The project is about the aesthetics of the pictures which cannot be seen in nature in this way. A strong atmosphere shall be generated, an invitation to take some time and sharpen the senses, also in view of the real nature.
